My name is Tina and I am the founder of Talia coaching, Talia embodies S/HERO energy from a much loved fictional character and embodies my Sovereign Soul as I transformed from Co-dependent & Victim of abuse to healed, whole & healthy Empowered Self.

I am an IFF & Trauma informed, Somatic coach. A Positive Psychology Practitioner, Narcissistic abuse Specialist, Reiki healer and Hypnotherapist. My unique mix of Science & Woo creates a mind, body & soul approach to healing, leveling up and living as your most empowered you.

After a 24+ career in advertising I had an transformative spiritual awakening and embarked on a deep journey of self discovery, healing, and recovery from childhood trauma, Narcissistic abuse, burn out, addiction and toxicity. After finding a powerful bespoke approach I retrained to support Exhausted Empaths heal, thrive and flourish after abuse and trauma.

With a special mix of science, and super woo I go deep working with your nervous system, mindset, beliefs, blocks to connect back into a wholeness of mind, body and soul.
